Thank you for shopping with Evexxia. We're committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and with full transparency. Please review the details below regarding our shipping process.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Times
We currently ship to the United States. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard Shipping (Free): 7–14 business days
- Express Shipping : 3-7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays during high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@evexxia.com.
Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect or modify orders once they have been processed. If you've entered an incorrect address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@evexxia.com so we can attempt to update it before dispatch.
Evexxia is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Verify the shipping address provided
- Contact your local carrier with the tracking number
- Reach out to us if the issue is not resolved within 5 business days
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped within the United States, no additional customs fees apply.
Delays
While we work hard to meet our delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including weather, customs, carrier delays, or high-volume periods. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated.
